Payment Options

Our checkout is safe, secure and easy! Simply enter your shipping address and payment information.

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal to provide you with the most safe and convenient payment options available. We accept the following payment methods:

Deliveries – Free Worldwide shipping on all orders

We strive to process and dispatch your order within 2 -5 working days of receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays), although it can sometimes take longer e.g. during busy periods, for items that are not in stock and for high demand of some items. Although most goods arrive earlier, please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery.

We do not ship to PO Boxes using our free shipping method, only to physical addresses. 

Customs Duties and Taxes

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. Therefore, we do not cover duties and taxes for shipment to all countries.These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Sapjagear.com will not be held responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change it, you must Contact Us within 12 hours at info@sapjagear.com with the subject line “Changing my order”or Cancelling my order”, and we will do our best to help before your order ships out but once the packaging and shipping process has been started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our # 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive item within the guarantee time (between 1-28 days not including 2-5 days processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive to factors within your control (e.g. providing wrong delivery address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances out our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

NB: You can submit refund request within 15 days after guaranteed period for delivery (28 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page or email us info@sapjagear.com

Trading Terms

All offers are subject to stock availability. You will be notified of any price changes (for instance due to a change in VAT) before or when your payment is processed. By shopping with us, you agree that from time to time we may send you details of any special promotions of our goods and prices. All metric and imperial measurements given on our website are approximate. We reserve the right to replace advertised products with equivalent products when necessary. All such goods are subject to our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

Age Restricted Products

Under UK law it is an offence to sell certain knives, bladed or pointed articles and products containing potentially intoxicating substances to persons under the age of 18. In order to purchase these items you will be required to verify your age. Please contact us if you have any further enquiries or questions regarding age restricted products.
